CUTTING AND MACHINING
Increasingly, clients ask for a semi-finished profile which will allow them to use it directly in their final product, with the minimum possible manipulation. In Alumitran, we are fully conscious of this need, and thus we offer clients the possibility of having their profiles machined and cut to order.

- There are four automatic cutting centres which enable all types of automated operations to be carried out, even when cutting within a margin of +/- 0,02 mm . Straight cutting can be done at any angle.
- Four state-of-the-art machining workshops allow highly complex operations to be carried out on the aluminium profiles, be they simple drills, countersink drilling, filing, routing, etc. These computer-controlled operations can be done on an unfinished profile, or once it's been anodized or coated.
